Location & Parking

We have chosen a beautiful rustic location with a very small parking lot! It holds a limited number of cars.

We will need our guests to carpool or use our van shuttle to the site. After the reception, the van will run regular loops back to the hotels so that people can leave when they need to. In July, we will contact you to organize transportation arrangements to the site. Thank you for your patience with this!

The address of the site is 18965 Bear Creek Road, Los Gatos, California. Directions from Campbell, CA are as follows:

• Go west on East Campbell Avenue towards South Bascom Avenue.
• Turn right onto South Bascom Avenue for 1.7 miles.
• Turn right onto Camden Avenue for 0.5 mile.
• Turn left onto Highway 17 towards Santa Cruz (the entrance is off of the left lane).
• Continue for 6.4 miles until Bear Creek Road exit. Exit loops around to the right.
• At stop sign, turn left onto Bear Creek Road (be sure NOT to go over the reservoir bridge, this is the wrong direction).
• Go on Bear Creek Road for 0.3 miles.
• 18695 Bear Creek Road is on the right (we will have a sign up). This is a dirt roadway sloping downward to the wedding site. You will see a dirt parking lot.

Dress

We will be outdoors for both ceremony and reception so please be ready for a hot afternoon and for a cooler evening. We suggest you bring a jacket or wrap for the evening. For the ladies, we recommend lower heels since the ceremony will be on a grassy lawn (spike heels might stick in the grass!)
